Job Description


Consults, advises and presents alternatives to the marketing managers on possible course of action, including identifying new business opportunities. Responsible for the design, development and execution of Direct Marketing & Lead Campaigns.


Responsibilities

Brand Positioning:


Assist in achieving overall brand positioning and strategically contribute to brand ideas and plans.


Marketing Technology Management:


Optimize, and manage marketing automation platforms - the internal marketing design briefing portal upkeep, enhancement, and management.


Campaign Operations: 


Working with various business units on internal activations – providing support and guidance on internal focused activations/initiatives with design collateral and set up.


Project Management:


Maintaining key marketing planners and campaign/project execution timelines - supporting by providing strategic input, managing production and implementation of specific allocated marketing projects/campaigns.


Data Management and reporting:


Develop dashboards and manage reports to track campaign performance and ROI, provide insights on what works/doesn’t (social media and above the line campaigns).


Process Optimization


Document and improve marketing workflows – traffic management – manage jobs coming in and out of the design area via the online briefing portal, document dates, timelines and reverts to manage the flow of jobs in the system each week, keeping design tracking document updated and present it weekly at design meeting to the internal team. Work with the business to ensure briefs are clear and requirements are met.


Collaboration and Support


Cost Management – managing marketing supplier invoices and payments, managing budget process and meetings and documenting cost controls, variances and ensuring value for money.
Supplier Management – manage portfolio and portfolio of smaller suppliers used within the marketing department to recommend and ensure delivery of improvements of these suppliers
Procurement process – manage the purchase of promotional items required for team functions, events/activations when required.
