About the Role

The FP&A team lead will provide financial insights and projections to the accounting team and business leaders. Also, you will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.
You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

What You’ll do

Track departmental and location budget performance by analysing actual results and conducting variance analysis.
Prepare monthly management reports with actionable insights to aid management’s decision making.
Prepare profitability analysis for different business segments and locations.
Prepare periodic board packs in line with Investor requirements.
Create and maintain dashboards providing real-time performance information to multiple stakeholders.
Work with management on fundraising and due diligence.
Preparation of periodic covenant reports and other investor requests.
Conduct research and identify market entry opportunities for the company’s expansion.
Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

5 - 7 Years experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or any related course
ACA, ACCA or CFA certification is an added advantage.
