Support the team in by interpreting data from our CRM and external databases during the implementation of new projects
Help the business understand product and process performance by extracting data and delivering actionable insights
Use data-driven analysis to propose improvements in product setup and operational processes
Build automated dashboards and reports to promote company-wide understanding of key metrics (we use Power Bl and Redash.io)
Analyze operational activities and performance, primarily in sales and debt collection
Conduct A/B testing across departments to identify more effective ways to achieve results
Assist the team with technical or data-related challenges
What You will need:
Working knowledge of SQL (basic required, intermediate preferred)
Strong interest in data analytics, ideally supported by relevant coursework or certification (e.g., in SQL or data analysis)
A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership
