We are looking forward in hiring a Staff Administrator who will be responsible in performing clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently. Their duties include making sure the office is operating effectively and complete smaller tasks to help other employees and managers efficiently complete larger work items.

Responsibilities
• Keep records and reports up to date.
• Organize and schedule meetings and events.
• Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities.
• Help maintain the budget plan.
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.

Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum of OND in the related field.
• Communication and marketing skills to act at the contact point between internal team members and client.
• Budgeting, bookkeeping and planning skills.
• Time management skills.
