Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and compliance with healthcare regulations • Optimize financial performance through cost management, resource allocation and revenue growth • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation • Provide financial insights to the leadership team and board of directors to support decision-making
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master's preferred) • Proven experience as a CFO or in senior financial leadership (with at least 10 years experience), preferably in the healthcare sector • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis and healthcare financial regulations • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational success
