A well-established and fast expanding school complex in Tema-Accra is looking for a goal-oriented and self-motivated person with extensive experience in the educational sector as Supervisor of Studies to lead a staff of over the 45 teachers seeking to move the school with a population of more than 400 learners/pupils to the highest standards of learning, with an objective of achieving academic excllence
Qualification Required & Experience
• Should hold a Master's degree or first degree in Education or equivalent in any related course • Must have at least 2 to 5 years of work experience as a Supervisor of Studies or in a similar position • Have a highly professional and qualified teacher status • Must be familiar with the new standard-based curriculum used by the Ghana Education Service • Must be compute literate

• Leadership skills and be a team player • Resourcefulness, goal-driven emphatic, detail-oriented and adaptable • Ability to solve problems promptly, take fast decisions and great organizational skills • Ability to work extremely well under pressure • Ability to design academic courses and innovations • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Age limit: 40 - 50 years
