Sadly this is more common than not. Companies go through interview processes for auditing purposes to ensure compliance to corporate governance. This... often means they have not gone through a corporate policy upgrade yet or they have hit shareholder pushback on various aspects of the transition to AI implementation at governance levels. They therefor then have to prove due process before adopting and implementing their preferred alternative,which in your case is the use of AI for the role. That said, they will never admit to this openly, and nor do they have to until their policy is ratified. This practice ia also not illegal in any way. It is critical that candidates applying for these roles do theor own due diligence before applying for these roles.or accepting interviews for these roles. The tech space is evolving rapidly and is probably the one sector where AI will be used more extensively than other sectors.  more
