one thing I have learnt is that opportunities come to those who stay prepared, remain professional and keep developing their skills even during difficult moments. Every experience whether good or challenging teaches us something valuable about leadership, communication, team work and resilience .

If i were you keep a notepad and recorder with you at all times and record every negative interaction. After six months of that BS, find the best attorney in town, sue the spit out of that company  more

Professionalism is replaced by favouritism,where some staff members are chosen over others... but end up doing mediocre work, which the same bosses want you to fix. This has killed many institutions in terms of funding due to poor work...panel beating results more
