Job Purpose    


Performs administrative applications related to the provision of clerical, secretarial/telephonist and reception service, processing/updating information, issuing completing and submitting  procedural forms, communicating, and establishing the nature of enquiries/queries and  forwarding for attention and attending to specific office support applications.


Key Responsibility Areas    


Attends to application of specific administrative applications/ procedures which is  inclusive of issuing forms for completion, conducting stock counts and maintaining the  technical library.
Performs specific tasks/ activities associated with the provision of a secretarial service  to the department.
Performs a receptionist/ telephonist function and call centre applications for the  department.
Processes transactional information on specific computerized applications and  completes forms, schedules, and documents.
Performs driving duties.

Essential Requirements    


Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
2 Years relevant experience.
Computer Literacy


Preferred Requirements    


Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
3 Years relevant experience.
