The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling travel products and services, including tours, flights, hotel packages, and corporate travel solutions. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with individual clients, corporate accounts, and travel partners to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the travel sector, including individuals, corporate organizations, schools, and groups.
Promote travel packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, tours, and related services to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, airlines, and tourism boards.
Develop tailored travel proposals and itineraries to meet client needs and budgets.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue objectives.
Manage client inquiries and provide professional travel advice and recommendations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers to maximize profit margins.
Follow up on leads, maintain an updated customer database, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, social media activities, and marketing materials.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and new product offerings.
Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Provide after-sales support, including handling complaints, processing amendments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales within the travel and tourism industry.
Strong understanding of travel products, global destinations, visa requirements, and travel logistics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with travel reservation systems (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Galileo) is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel locally or internationally when required.
 Minimum of 3 years Experience with proven track records.
Ability to sign up HNI's and corporate organizations.
