Job Summary: 
In this role, the Helpdesk Officer will serve as the primary contact for queries, responding to helpdesk calls and providing timely solutions to problems related to operational activities.
Responsibilities/Duties:

Function as a centralized point of contact for the organization and its customers.
Efficiently manage work orders.
Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to ensure optimal client care and satisfaction.
Collate, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports.
Maintain precise inventory records of assets and work-related activities.
Oversee and manage the asset database.
Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMS) and corrective maintenance processes.

Educational Requirements: 

Possession of at least a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor's degree (BSc./B.Eng/B.Tech) in a relevant field such as Computer Science/ Engineering, or a related discipline.
