Collect training needs and formulate training plans according to the company's business objectives and problems in daily operation, including training objectives, content, form and schedule;
Establish and improve the company's training system, training process and related systems, and establish employee training manual;
Understand the company's relevant system and problems in work, collect training materials, prepare training courses, and be responsible for organizing and arranging various internal training activities;
Evaluate the training effect, collect the feedback and evaluation of all trainees, and improve the follow-up training activities;
Do a good job in new employee onboarding training, and convey the company system, work requirements, safety behavior norms and other information to each employee;
Combine the local culture of Nigeria, and continuously promote the concept of corporate culture such as sincere love sharing to all employees to enhance their awareness;
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
