Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate must have worked in an hotel operating a mutiple open bar and restaurant.  
Must have good knowledge of basic hotel operations

The ideal candidate shall be responsible for:

All aspect of all department’s operations and management of expenditures and management of the petty cash 
Supporting and work with all head of departments and coordinate regular operations team meeting with all head of department.
Ensuring the proper management of the inventory,daily recording of all income.
Maintaining budget through monitoring of revenue and expenses.
Preparation of monthly income statement, inventory reconciliation,bank reconciliation including POS reconciliation.
Responsible for daily cash lodgement and any other responsibilities that may be assigned or incidental to the position.

Requirement 

Ideal Candidates must be computer literate and possess requisite academic qualifications and convincing working experience.
Only candidates living within Festac,Okota,Amuwo odofin,Apapa,Isolo,Ikotun area etc needs apply.
