Key Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years' practical experience in electrical maintenance in a busy manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting, repair, and servicing skills in electrical installations.
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings.
Proficiency in computer applications related to the role.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating integrity and professionalism.


Key Competencies


Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Carry out Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM) to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and tools.
Respond to electrical breakdowns promptly and ensure swift resolution.
Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and areas requiring repair.
Conduct circuit analysis and perform hands-on maintenance of machinery (electrical).
Maintain proper records of all electrical maintenance activities and spares used.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
