Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth.  
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders.  
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.  
Identify new business opportunities and curate strategies to capture them.  
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facility &property management, leasing, sales, and other areas of interest.
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed assigned targets
Excellent writing skills in the areas of proposals & grant financing
Prepare and present proposals to clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset and drive
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Target-oriented and proactive in creating new opportunities
Excellent relationship-building skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Ability to contribute positively to the company's revenue growth
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.

Engage in with stakeholders, through sales strategy and presentations to promote companies’ services and initiatives.

Qualifications: 

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business development, real estate, hospitality, NGO or a similar role.  
Proven track record in report writing and strategy development.  
Experience in the hospitality sector, non-governmental organizations, or international organizations is highly desirable.  
Strong customer service skills with a goal-driven mindset.  
Passionate about start-ups and business growth.  
Excellent public speaking skills and the confidence to represent the organization.
