We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deposit mobilization, business development, and operational excellence, coupled with strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing team.


Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and outstanding customer service.
Drive deposit mobilization and implement strategies to achieve or exceed branch revenue and profitability targets.
Lead and motivate the branch team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the branch’s market share.
Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in branch management or a senior banking/financial services role.
Proven success in deposit mobilization and business growth strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking operations, compliance requirements, and market trends.
