JOB DESCRIPTION
The Collection Team Leader is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of loan recovery officers to ensure the efficient collection of outstanding debts. This role involves setting collection strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervision & Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of loan recovery officers.
Assign collection tasks and ensure timely follow-ups on delinquent accounts.
Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their performance.
✅ Debt Recovery Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
Ensure timely recovery of overdue loans through negotiations and payment arrangements.
Handle escalated cases and liaise with legal teams when necessary.
✅ Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze team performance against set targets.
Prepare and submit reports on collection activities, outstanding debts, and recovery trends.
Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
✅ Customer Engagement & Conflict Resolution:
Maintain professional and effective communication with customers regarding overdue payments.
Address customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all interactions.

Requirements
✔ Experience: Minimum of [1] year in loan recovery, debt collection, as a COLLECTION TEAMLEADER
✔ Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
✔ Technical Knowledge: Must be a computer literate
✔ Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
