Skills & Qualifications 


Deep understanding in the BPO industry
English B2+/C1
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Experience with CRM, ERP, and scheduling platforms
Work Schedule: ON-SITE Royal Offices, Mogotio Road, Westland
Full-time (45 hours/week) | Full availability required
