Job Description

Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via mail
Perform administrative tasks, including filing, Scanning, and photocopying of necessary documents.
Receive all documents and items sent to the office from sub-offices and partners
Maintain and ensure office supplies
Maintain optimum confidentiality about office files/record
Follow up on emails and items sent from the company and confirm they are being received by the target receiver.
Schedule meetings between the management and partners/clients

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of work experience.
should have B.A in English / Secretarial Studies, and with an experience in Microsoft Office, CorelDRAW, and Adobe PageMaker.
Good knowledge of Computer MS-words, Excel, CorelDRAW, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
