Data Analyst


Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools and collaborate with cross-functional to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
Support the development of predictive models to improve customer experience and retention.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms and reports.


Requirements


BSc/HND in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the telecom or tech industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with Python or R is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
