JOB PURPOSE:


To lead and coordinate strategic business growth initiatives that increase hospital revenue, expand service utilization, attract insurance and SHA patients, and build long-term corporate partnerships.


ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, in a hospital or healthcare-related environment.
Strong understanding of SHA structures, insurance processes, and healthcare client needs.
Proven record of exceeding growth targets and building corporate/insurance partnerships.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Competence in team supervision and strategic planning. Ability to influence the market decision.
