That is grounds for dismissal. Integrity issue and obvious theft of funds. Your job is not a benefit, it is a pay by merit position.

  • sometimes the process is delayed she did good if u wait it won't come .......fortune favors the bold

  • This is probably a serious violation of company policy and would probably lead to termination, criminal complaint and civil action. All this will... depend on the amount and length of time that this activity has been taking place. more

  • The narative is a miss here. There is an employee statement and a daughter? is this a family business?

  • the process should first go through internal controls before its payed

  • 1.employer should initiate disciplinary process against the employee

  • Selon moi,c’est injuste c’est une arnaque,l’employeur doit la virée pour ne pas qu’elle entraine ses collègues dans ça.

  • On what ground did she reward herself, that is theft she needs to face the disciplinary committee because she is plant a bad heart in her daughter. so... either pays back and change the work place before she spoils other people more

  • I think there is problem with organizational structure, there should be a standard payroll prepare and checked and approved before final payment

  • Does the company have a documented policy for compensating overtime? If no, she did the right thing. If yes, she is a fraudster using her daughter.... Dismissher. Warn the daughter - she was obeying her mother.  more

  • My question is, is there a separate package for overtime? If yes, does what she added to her salary equals the benefit of the overtime? If yes, she... isn't wrong but if no, she should be queried. more

  • Termination!

  • It is bordering on dishonesty on part of the employee.
There seems to be some gaps on the loan approval process
Additionally, there could be collusion... for the loan have gone through.
There is need to reevaluate the loan process to address the gaps to avoid loss of fund and to regain the confidence with employee.
Lastly, the employee requires to be given a warn letter and be given the loan the employee can get
