Role Overview:

The Business Manager at RECOR Ltd. is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company. This includes managing day-to-day activities, developing strategies to ensure long-term growth, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Business Manager will work closely with other departmental heads and report to the Board, ensuring the organization’s strategic and financial objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement business strategies aligned with RECOR’s mission and goals.
Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Monitor performance metrics and propose action plans to address any areas of underperformance.
Manage relationships with key partners, stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation across all departments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
Identify business development opportunities, including partnerships and expansion of services.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to enhance business growth and profitability.
Collaborate with Marketing and finance to prepare quarterly and annual narrative and financial reports for submission at periodic Board meetings.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in business management, preferably within a manufacturing, recycling, or waste management sector.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
Proven leadership experience with an ability to manage cross-functional teams.
