Am supposed to share my monthly reports with two seniors (technical advisor and general manager), basically writing one report and sharing. The two have their ego issues, and each of them wants different reporting formats and all of them wants me to write to them and just copy the other. am now forced to wtrite two reports and sending to each separately which is so tiring and consumes time. kindly help

  • Hello Morris, The situation you are in will continue to go on for a very long time if you don't act immediately! I guess you clearly know whom you... report to as be the organization reporting line, for your case who is your direct supervisor? technical advisor or general manager, it's ethical enough to send the report the one who supervise you and copy the one who doesn't supervise you directly! what comes after that it's just background noise that shouldn't stop you from catching sleep.  more
