This role involves supporting the HR function across various areas including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, preferably in the construction and property development industry, and be able to handle both site-level and head office HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for both technical (site) and non-technical (office) staff
Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and timesheet coordination, especially for site-based employees
Coordinate and support employee training, safety inductions, and development programs
Handle employee queries, grievances, and support conflict resolution in line with company procedures
Ensure timely processing of employee documentation including contracts, ID cards, and job confirmations
Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers on workforce planning and staffing needs
Assist in the administration of payroll inputs and benefits coordinator


Qualifications and Experience:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a real estate or construction.
Knowledge of employment laws, HSE compliance, and labor regulations applicable preferably to the construction sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
