Key Responsibilities


Product Vision & Strategy
Define and refine the product vision and roadmap, aligning with Zeraki’s mission to improve education access and affordability
Use insights from schools, parents, and administrators to shape the direction of our financial tools
Ensure every product initiative addresses a real problem in the education ecosystem—whether it's simplifying school collections or easing fee burdens for families
Product Discovery & Validation
Conduct structured discovery with school bursars, principals, parents, and guardians to identify pain points
Test assumptions through research, field visits, usability testing, and pilot deployments in educational settings
Prioritize solutions that remove friction for schools and create flexibility for families managing education costs
Product Development & Execution
Translate product vision into clear specs and collaborate with engineers, designers, and compliance to deliver scalable features
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (banks, insurers, payment processors) to build secure, accessible products tailored for the education sector
Oversee the rollout of products that must work in real-world school environments—across geographies, school types, and payment behaviors
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define product success metrics, such as school-level adoption, parent engagement, and transaction growth
Monitor how schools and families interact with the products and use this data to inform iteration
Drive improvements that increase impact on education affordability and operational efficiency
Go-to-Market & Rollout
Support the design and execution of pilot programs with schools and communities
Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and field teams to drive product uptake among parents and school administrators
Ensure the full user journey—from awareness to adoption—is intuitive and trusted by all stakeholders in the education space
