Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new businessopportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This includes managing land acquisition strategies, expanding Mshel Homes market presence, and generating sales for land, houses, and property development projects. The BDM works closely with the sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure successful execution of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify new market opportunities
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's footprint in new and existing markets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform the company’s growth strategy.
Develop strategies to attract new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, real estate agents, and developers.
Drive lead generation and manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that effectively promote land sales, and house sales.
Ensure the company’s brand is well-positioned in the market to attract buyers and investors.
Utilize digital marketing, social media, and sales management tools to enhance client engagement and lead generation.
Conduct financial feasibility studies and market analysis for potential projects to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives.
Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to refine business development plans.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and business performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure the successful execution of business development strategies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business development staff, ensuring they meet their targets.
Work with the legal and finance teams to ensure contracts and agreements are in the best interest of the firm.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, and property sales.
Proven track record of generating revenue and closing high-value deals.
