Job Purpose    


To provide an efficient and effective front desk administrative and clerical duty to the Unit with regards to customer services.


Key Responsibility Areas    


Provides a reception service for the Unit.
Responding to general and housing enquires at front desk and directing them to appropriate staff.
Submitting a monthly summary report to the supervisor.
Receiving incoming/ outgoing mail and directing it to the appropriate staff member.
Collecting and distribution of documents for signatures.
Booking and monitoring of the boardroom.
Ensuring that provisions are made as per the booking requirements such as tea, additional chairs, or any other special requests.

Essential Requirements    


Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
3 months relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.


Preferred Requirements


6 months relevant experience.
