Case Management and Individual Reintegration Plans


Conduct comprehensive assessments of CAAG and caregivers to develop tailored socio-economic reintegration plans.
Track progress of beneficiaries across education, vocational skills training, psychosocial support, and livelihood activities.
Work closely with Psychosocial Support (PSS) staff to ensure holistic support is provided.


Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment


Facilitate skills training, apprenticeships, and entrepreneurship support for eligible caregivers and youth.
Support the formation and strengthening of Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) and monitor their growth and sustainability.
Connect caregivers and youth to job placement opportunities, mentorship, and startup grants.


Community Engagement and Acceptance


Liaise with traditional and community leaders to ensure inclusive and stigma-free reintegration of beneficiaries.
Organize community events, dialogues, and public campaigns to foster social cohesion and reduce discrimination.
Support community-based reintegration committees to monitor and sustain reintegration outcomes.


Collaboration and Coordination


Coordinate with education, child protection, and MHPSS teams to ensure seamless support across all service areas.
Liaise with government ministries, NGOs, and vocational institutions to ensure quality and relevance of reintegration services.
Participate in relevant sector coordination meetings and represent the project when required.


Monitoring, Reporting, and Learning


Maintain up-to-date beneficiary records and ensure timely reporting on reintegration outcomes.
Collect data for monitoring and evaluation, contribute to learning documents, case studies, and donor reports.
Identify challenges and suggest adaptive solutions to improve reintegration pathways.


Qualifications and Experience


Bachelor’s degree in social work, development studies, psychology, education, or any related field. 
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in reintegration, livelihoods, child protection, or youth development in humanitarian or post-conflict settings.
Experience working with vulnerable children, youth, and families, especially those affected by armed conflict.
Knowledge of child protection standards, reintegration models, and socio-economic development strategies.


Skills and Competencies


Excellent case management, facilitation, and coordination skills.
Strong understanding of local cultural dynamics, especially issues of stigma and community acceptance.
Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government, traditional institutions, and communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in local languages (e.g., Hausa, Kanuri) is highly desirable.
Commitment to child protection, gender equity, and do-no-harm principles.
