Our client, a leading mortgage bank, is committed to providing exceptional financial solutions and services to their clients. They are looking for a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee the human resources operations of our mortgage bank.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank’s goals.
Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and labor laws.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including pension and health insurance.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations and ensure proper succession planning.
Provide guidance to senior management on HR-related issues and initiatives.
Oversee HR budgeting and reporting to the executive team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, banking regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proven experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication and people management skills.
