HR Policy & Strategy: Experienced in implementing HR policies and developing effective HR strategies.
HR Systems Proficiency: Skilled in HR systems, databases.
Legal and Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and privacy policies.
Leadership & Decision-Making: Strong management, decision-making, and presentation abilities.
Experienced in coaching, educating staff, and resolving conflicts.
Ability to analyze data for strategic workforce planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer tasks.
