Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the accurate management of inventory for mechanical and electrical spare parts.
Ensure proper organization, storage, and labeling of spare parts and materials in the stores.
Monitor stock levels, initiate restocking procedures, and track the movement of materials and parts.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receiving, issuing, and returns.
Assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with the technical and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials needed for operations.
Handle the preparation and delivery of spare parts and materials as required by different departments.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards when handling parts and materials.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and stock movements.


Key Attributes and Requirements:


A certificate or Diploma in a technical field.
Proven experience in stores or inventory management, preferably within a technical, mechanical, or electrical environment.
A solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems and spare parts is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of inventory management software or Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work efficiently and manage tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies in stock records.
