Responsibilities

Development of marketing strategies to establish strategic direction and program positioning.
Develops marketing partnerships with retailers, media partners, and other external partners in an attempt to broaden the reach of the brand messaging.
Contributes to the development and execution of all in-store events, launches, promotions, and activation for the business/brand.
Supervises multiple external parties/agencies in developing creative advertising, high-impact promotions, and media planning, for example, viral/guerilla marketing and event sponsorship.
Ensures all branding and key information strategies are in line with the overall business strategy without compromising the brand’s integrity.
Conducts research analyses, translating campaign performance into communication documents and reports, which are distributed to management and key stakeholders. Some of these documents are marketing briefs, competitive analyses, campaign recap decks, etc.
Provide feedback on product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch, and track the performance of product and service offerings in our markets
Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors.
To assist the Marketing Manager in executing and coordinating the brand and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
