Job Responsibilities and Qualifications


Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field.
3+ Years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the QSR industry
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking and leave management.
Manage general administrative tasks, including office documentation and resource coordination.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and best practices.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.

Development of marketing strategies to establish strategic direction and program positioning.
