Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good knowledge of the automobile industry and current market trends • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Responsibilities & Duties
• Diagnose, repair and maintain heavy-duty, engines, transmissions, braking systems and other mechanical components • Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance and safety inspections • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults in vehicles • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are carried out to manufacturer standards and within set timelines. • Maintain accurate service records, job cards and repairs • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and recommend solutions • Collaborate with service advisors and workshop supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction • Comply with safety procedures, workshop standards, and environmental regulations • Stay updated on new repairs techniques, tools and heavy-duty-truck technologies • Complete assigned training courses
