Role Description:


Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
Oversee food preparationin a timely manner whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way.
Monitor and determine food stock and supplies need to be ordered.
Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date... items.

Qualifications:


Candidates should possess an SSCE / HND / OND / B.Sc qualification
Proven work experience as a Chef with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
Specialized in Nigerian and Continental dishes.
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers, oven).
Familiarity with sanitation procedures.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions strictly.
Having pastry/dessert making experience is an added advantage.
Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is an added advantage.

Job Description


Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles.
Escort guests to their rooms, handle luggage, and explain room features and hotel amenities.
Respond to guest inquiries and special requests courteously.
Organize and store luggage securely for early arrivals and late departures.
Deliver packages, laundry, and room service items to guest... rooms.
Ensure the hotel lobby, entrance, and other public areas are clean and presentable.
Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department promptly.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as required.

Job Requirements

Job Description
