Job Description

We are looking for a resourceful and curious candidate to lead and oversee the team and be responsible for all company’s product development.
You will work closely with cross-functional team to improve the existing product and launch new products.

Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will be responsible for;

Developing and creating a clear product strategy that... aligns with company’s goals and objective
Manage all members of the team, product, software developers.
Define and maintain product roadmaps
Have a comprehensive documentation of all company’s products’
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
Define and manage product requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the product's success.
Have technical skills to collaborate with the engineering, design teams and other teams
Overseeing products from idealization, documentation, process and launch
Get feedback from client and track performances of products
Communicate with shareholders and clients

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.)
Relevant trainings and certification
3-5 years’ experience in product management, including a track record of leading successful product launches.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
Technical background, with experience in using spreadsheets, and project management tools is an added advantage.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 4 years work experience.
Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to travel as needed.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Effective communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
