This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at Jibu Lavington located along Ngong Road opposite Posta in Nairobi County, Kenya. Working hours will be between 8.30am to 7.30pm from Monday to Saturday.

Salary range : 18,000-22,000 Ksh per month

The Receptionist will be required to :


Receive calls from customers requiring delivery services.
Input delivery orders... into a POS system to create receipts.
Phone call follow up on customer reception of order and payments made.
Providing excellent service to clients who come physically for their own products.


Qualifications


Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Communication skills
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office tasks is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Project manage key internal operations improvements such as adaptations to the Water Treatment System, IoT integration, and the procurement and
Lead the setting up of the operations for new product lines
Be ultimately responsible and accountable for the regulatory compliance and product quality across all markets
Hardware management across all markets

Monitor performance of Water Treatment and Technology systems and seek for efficiencies to drive down operational costs
Establish preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs


Assess, review and develop the IT and data infrastructure to increase efficiencies at Franchisee and Franchisor level
Be an implementer and work closely with all markets to actualise innovations across all sites within Jibu’s complex and decentralized network
Manage Jibu’s engineering, IT, SC, and product development functions Team engagement and company growth
