REQUIREMENTS


In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian oil and gas industry. As well as the ammonia/urea fertilizer industry-from gas producers
Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., proposal automation software, data analytics platforms)
Strong understanding of vessel management, marine logistics, and offshore support services
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in business development or sales leadership in offshore support services, marine logistics, or vessel management
10 years experience working with major oil and gas companies or their contractors more

A reputable company located at Spintex, Accra is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join its team. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, clients, and company assets across multiple locations.

THE ROLE
1. Guard company premises and property to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
2. Conduct regular... patrols of designated areas, including entry and exit points.
3. Monitor surveillance systems, CCTV and security alarms.
4. Verify identification and log visitors and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
5. Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies.
6. Prepare and submit daily activity reports and incident logs.
7. Assist in enforcing safety and emergency procedures.

THE REQUISITE SKILLS
1. Proven experience as a security guard.
2. Strong observation skills and ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
3. Sound understanding of security operations and procedures.
4. Ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure or emergency situations.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Physically fit, with the stamina to patrol.
7. High sense of integrity, honesty, and commitment to duty.

Educational Qualification: Minimum of SHS certificate with ability to read and write good English.

Working Experience: At least 2 years proven experience in a similar role.
