As a Virtual Assistant, you'll work directly with our team to manage daily administrative and operational tasks. You’ll be involved in team coordination, communication, documentation, and basic support functions across departments such as design, development, and marketing.

Responsibilities:


Manage emails, files, schedules, and task updates
Organize documents using... Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Support internal communications via WhatsApp, Slack, or similar tools
Schedule and coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items

Senior Developers:

Improve workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and testing strategies.

For Interns / Junior Developers:


Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript,, React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and MongoDB.
Willingness to learn and improve quickly.
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with a team.


For Mid-Level Developers:


1-3 years of experience in web development.
Strong proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB.
Experience building responsive and optimized web applications.
Ability to write clean and efficient code.


For Senior Developers:


4+ years of experience in web development.
Expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB.
Experience leading projects and mentoring developers.
Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalability.


Nice to Have (For All Levels):


Experience with GraphQL, Jest, Cypress, or other testing tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of backend development and APIs.
