Team Leader will coordinate and plan financial and digital literacy training implementation, provide technical expertise on training of voluntary community-based trainers on curriculum content and training approaches, ensure quality data collection and reporting, provide guidance to field staff. She / he will carry out regular visits to refugee settlements to meet partners, other stakeholders,... participating refugee households. This position requires excellent organisational and networking skills.

Provide technical support and advice to field teams in regard of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Financial and Digital Training program.
Mentor and develop technical skills in field teams and among volunteer FDLT Trainers, especially on planning, Financial and Digital Training topics, teaching delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
