JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation. • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank statements. • Prepare and verify financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports. • Assist with payroll... processing, including data entry, calculations, and documentation. • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts. • Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and budget tracking. • Respond to enquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and reports. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 2 years work experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information. • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role. • HND or degree
