Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage. 
 Relevant HR certifications, such as CIPM, are highly desirable.  
Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Experience working in mission-driven, non-profit, or NGO environments is a strong plus.  
Demonstrated success in managing the full HR lifecycle and leading people-related strategy and operations.  
Proven ability to lead culture transformation and change management initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
