A minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience and at least three (3) Years’ experience in a supervisory role in public service or private sector;
Proficiency in Computer Applications
Good Communication skills
Shown merit and ability as reflected in the work performance and results; and
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
