Major Requirements


Degree/ HND (Minimum of 2.1/Upper Credit) in OTM, Management/ Social, Physical/ Life Sciences, Humanities, Law, or Education.
Age: 25 years (max).
Comfortable skills in MS Office Suite.
NYSC Discharged certificate.

Coordinate Performance Appraisals; implement effective performance management process to sustain superior performance all through the organisation.
Maintain update of organisation\'s trends and employment legislation and ensure compliance. 
Oversee the management of the day-to-day administrative operations, ensure they align with the organisation\'s strategic goals.


Major Requirements


 B.Sc./ HND in Management/Social/Physical/Life Sciences or Humanities/Law or any relevant discipline.
ACIPM will be a plus.
A higher degree (e.g., PhD, M.Sc., MBA, etc) may be an added advantage.
Minimum of 12 years\' relevant experience in a similar role, with at least three years\' in senior management position.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite.
