Job Description

Clearly define the brand positioning based on sound consumer insights.
Translate... brand stratetgy into marketing (ATL, BTL and digital) and go-to-market plans.
Ensure consistent application of the brand across all marketing and non-marekting touchpoints
Identify and track KPIs and brand performance metrics, with a strong focus on digital marketing
Develop and implement processes to monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Align all staff, stakeholder and business partners around the brandโ€™s direction, choices and tactics.
Develop and manage marketing budgets to optimize effectiveness and manage costs for efficiency

Requirements and Skills:

Degree in marketing or a related field.
At least 5 yearsโ€™ experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager in the FMCG industry
Proven ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies based on consumer insights gathered
Excellent understanding and experience in using the full marketing mix in developing strategies
Experience in digital marketing and a solid understanding of the mechanics of this channel and associated metrics
Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
Excellent computer skills, including MS office and Google suite.
Experience in new product development

Remuneration: Salary is commensurate to experience within the range of industry standards. Job Description

Operate steam feeding group with manual/automatic valves, filter, pneumatic regulation valves, steam injector unit, safety valves, and inlet and outlet water temperature transmitters.
Run the Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) of the equipment using caustic soda,... Nitric acid and Rinse water when required.
Operate several control panels and understand the importance of pressures and temperature on product specs.
Able to monitor the process both prior to and after the evaporation stage.
Able to effectively communicate the process variables applicable to the operated evaporator to the team.
Keep records of all required documentation.

To review the existing production facilities; modification of existing facilities in line with the reviewed processes and initiation of technical projects for improved productivity and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
To drive Plant Efficiency Improvement programs (TPM, OEE, etc.).
To comply with all Safety, and Quality regulations.
To read and interpret design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
