The role is responsible for performing specialized accounting work to maintain, Reconcile various applicable ledgers. To direct and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting staff to ensure timely and accurately record the fund flow, revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the company. The incumbent is also responsible for preparing financial statements and... coordinating the audits.

Strategic Responsibility - To oversee the accounting control and reporting and also the audit functions of the Finance & Logistics (Inventory) department of the company to ensure that the proper financial metrics are in place. 
Day to Day Management - To perform financial accounting, consolidation, reviews and financial reporting (MIS) and manage transactions like Bank reconciliation and payroll.

To supervise, direct and organize the work of accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliation, account reconciliation, Stock Reconciliation, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of payments, expenses, revenues, and liabilities, Aging of vendors & Customers etc.)
To Prepare commercial contracts, negotiate and manage the finalization of contracts including the Export & Import Documentation.
Accounting Target – To prepare and submit to Management Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly & Annual periodic ledger, statements, and reports, as well on an ad-hoc basis.
Reporting - To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
Related Assignment - To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned for other affiliated companies


Requirements


MSc/BSc in Accounting or related field
ICAN Preferred/ACCA
Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience in trading, Manufacturing, Logistics
Well exposed to Accounting Procedures and Methods and must have exposure in leading a team.
Well-versed with SAP / ERP Accounting Package.

Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on silo machinery, ensuring optimal functionality. Troubleshoot issues and conduct necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for all silo equipment. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate.
Emergency... Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to prevent disruptions in the silo operations. Be available for on-call duty as needed.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Corrective Maintenance: Conduct scheduled corrective maintenance tasks on equipment failures and extend the lifespan of machinery.
Housekeeping and GMP: Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the silo department. Adhere to strict housekeeping standards and enforce GMP principles.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements. Prepare reports on equipment status and maintenance activities as required.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, protocols, and best practices. Identify and address potential safety hazards promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members, external vendors, and contractors for specialized repairs to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.

Qualifications/Knowledge

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance-related fields is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in manufacturing.
Good knowledge of silo operations
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with welding and fabrication is an asset
Strong leadership skills, including motivating and mentoring team members, delegating tasks effectively, and resolving conflicts.
Keen attention to detail and ability to identify equipment issues accurately. Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities for instrumentation technician

Performing all necessary servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, and restorative maintenance duties on field instrumentation and local control panels
Carry out the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities for various automation systems in the plants, workshops and offsite facilities in accordance with established... schedules to achieve effective functionality, reliability and efficiency in accordance with standard operating procedures HSE guidelines and quality standards
Measure voltage, current, resistance and all other electrical parameters as and when required in line with defined procedures

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and operation of Service One’s network, servers, desktop, and storage infrastructure. Ensures that the Company’s network and all related equipment are functional to accommodate system users.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Installs, configures, tests and maintains servers, SAN, and related networking equipment.
Monitors scheduled jobs... and computer output for completeness, accuracy, and errors.
Performs all critical data backups and secures data according to established procedures.
Installs firmware and security updates on servers, printers, and related networking equipment.
Configures and maintains Microsoft Active Directory.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Requires an advanced proficiency in the operation of local and wide-area networks and components.
