The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities


Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor and report on financial transactions and performance.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Liaise with internal departments and external auditors.
Support the finance team in other administrative and analytical tasks.


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–6 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
ICAN/ACCA qualification or part qualification is an added advantage.
Must reside in or be willing to work in Ikeja or Sagamu, as applicable.

Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of hands-on experience in fleet management, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce industry.
Proven experience managing fleets across multiple states or regions in Nigeria.
Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking... tools.
Excellent understanding of transport regulations, compliance, and safety standards in Nigeria.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
