Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of hands-on experience in fleet management, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce industry.
Proven experience managing fleets across multiple states or regions in Nigeria.
Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking tools.
Excellent understanding of transport regulations, compliance, and safety standards in Nigeria.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
