Responsibilities

Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments
Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data
Making feature recommendations to the Product Management team, based on user feedback, satisfaction studies, and competitive benchmarks
Determine the type of advertising and marketing content, such as TV, radio, print, digital or social media, that needs to be created and distributed.
Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content.
Work with in-house or external writers and other content creators to create the desired content.
Outline a product timeline and oversee the project’s successful execution.
Create and manage budgets for the product.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors whose products or services will be needed for the product.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
5 years + experience in product or partner marketing experience or a related field
Strong sales enablement
Experience working in a start-up or scaling business
Excellent communication skills

Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
Review and advise management on staffing plans as part of the annual operating planning process to ensure alignment with performance goals, expansion plans, transformation requirements, and other needs
Implement and manage the performance evaluation system to ensure all employees receive a timely evaluation
Assess reports provided by the HR team, team leaders, and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs
Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HRmethodologies and labor laws
Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers
Overseeing exit interviews and procedures.

Requirements and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or any related discipline.
10 years proven experience as HR manager
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Requirements

Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
